Credit Card payments are sent to the organizer just before scores are entered. They are held in an Event Apps LLC administrator Stripe account. Refunds are handled through the Stripe account right up to the end of the cookoff.
Stripe account balance is settled (with CC fees deducted) right before the score entry (end of cookoff).
Organizer payment for app usage and team entries is paid right before the score entry (end of cookoff).
